A graceful and airy perennial, Gaura 'Flamingo Pink' is loved for its long-lasting display of delicate, butterfly-like flowers in soft blush-pink tones. Held on slender, wiry stems above finely textured foliage, the blooms flutter and dance in the breeze, bringing movement and elegance to borders and containers alike. Flowering from late spring right through to autumn, this is a superb choice for adding a light, romantic touch to any planting scheme. Its relaxed form and generous flowering habit make it a go-to plant for softening edges and filling gaps with effortless charm.

  • Height: 60–80cm
  • Spread: 40–60cm

Best grown in full sun in free-draining soil. Drought-tolerant once established, it thrives in poor to moderately fertile soil and dislikes winter wet. Cut back hard in spring as new growth emerges. Deadheading can encourage even longer flowering, though it’s not essential.

Perfect in cottage gardens, prairie-style borders, or naturalistic plantings. Looks beautiful spilling from containers or planted alongside ornamental grasses, Verbena bonariensis, or soft-hued Salvias. A fantastic addition to pastel schemes and wildlife-friendly gardens.

Flowers from late spring until the first frosts. Hardy to around -10°C in well-drained soil. Loved by pollinators and generally unbothered by pests or disease. A low-maintenance gem for relaxed, flowing planting styles.
